I'm a family man with two kids and bringing up kids certainly gives you a great big life change and outlook on life in general.

I think they call it growing up!

I'm into bicycle racing on the road and have done many big rides.

My claim to fame is riding from Lands End to John o'Groats in 2005 with a blind chap and raised £1400 for cancer research. And yes.. it was on a tandem!
